"Not good. I placed an order for an exceptional LCD deal and it looks like they will not be sending me the item. Perhaps the BBB should be contacted on these guys. I recommend Newegg highly over them."

"I have ordered a good amount of stuff from them with success. The last order I placed for a video card came to me defective. I ordered a replacement and it has not shipped after 4 days. My opinion of this store as dropped after experiencing their RMA process. I have now asked for a refund and I wonder how long it will take for me to get it.
UPDATE: Newegg has been more than generous in rectifying this matter. I would say if something is wrong with your order give them a call and it might take a bit but they will fix it for sure.
I purchased a Chieftec case from Newegg recently. I must state this is the best company I have dealt with by far. Their RMA process might be a bit off but the rest of the store deserves a 10/10."
